I highly recommend Peoples Fitness Journey. Kathy is not just a gym owner but a terrific coach and trainer she will take her time to help others willingly. Over all a wonderful person. Also the gym is in Immaculate shape very organized and equipment brand new. Definitely the best gym in Tri Cities and I've tried out most of them. If you want a place to workout in a private and peaceful environment and be trained with many different options by a experienced trainer go check out her gym.

This is an awesome gem of a gym!!! Lots of room to move around and get your workout done without being in anyone's way or waiting for equipment!!! I recommend it for everyone!

I am looking forward to working out again thanks to Kathy! I took a long break from working out after my collegiate athletic career came to an end. It was difficult to find purpose in my workout routine, but Kathy has provided the perfect environment for me to find my love of movement again. Additionally, her gym has some of the best equipment out there. So grateful that we found this place!

I've really enjoyed coming to this gym so far. My wife and I have been doing a couples training session since the start of the new year and we have had a great time. The equipment is nice, and it is rarely ever crowded. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a community driven gym that isn't intimidating and offers a great experience for no matter where you are on your fitness journey.

My wife and I started group workouts at People's Fitness Journey. Kathy has been great, she has customized twice a week workouts for us and provides great instruction. The gym is clean, has a wide range of up to date new equipment, and is a comfortable place to work out. We both really enjoy working out their!

My husband and I LOVE People’s Fitness Journey. We have been training with Kathy for the past few months. Our strength, flexibility, and range of motion have improved drastically.
